“How we grow matters. It’s time for experienced, thoughtful leadership that values community input, fiscal responsibility, and smart urban planning. I’m ready to serve.” – Gina Madeya

Gina Madeya comes from a legacy of real estate professionals and community builders. Raised by a real estate broker mother and entrepreneurial father, Gina grew up watching her family help others achieve their dreams through homeownership and smart investment. After 25 years in corporate leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase and Microsoft, Gina returned to real estate to carry forward her family's legacy—this time with a focus on client advocacy and public service.

Today, Gina serves as a Kirkland Planning Commissioner and as a Director on the National Association of REALTORS® Board. She is also a Federal Political Coordinator to U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell and a member of NAR’s Housing Opportunities Committee, where she works to promote housing accessibility and affordability on a national scale.

Gina and her family moved to Kirkland in 2012, drawn by its welcoming community, waterfront beauty, and quality of life. Since then, she’s been proud to call Kirkland home and is deeply invested in its continued success.

“Kirkland is where we’ve built our lives. My kids went to Lake Washington High School and my wife owns a massage practice in downtown Kirkland. Kirkland is where my heart is and I want to be part of shaping its future—one where growth is smart, services are strong, and every voice is heard.”

In addition to her public service, Gina serves on the Board of Directors for Alpha Supported Living Services, an organization that provides essential care and support for individuals with developmental disabilities across King, Snohomish, and Spokane counties.
